SUPPORT
Often, projects are budgeted mostly for development, and support is merely an afterthought. When BI Source takes on a project, we offer to support the application for as long as necessary after the project is delivered. In most cases, we assign one of the original project developers to support and adjust the solution as needed. For example, some applications might need to be retro-fitted to a corporate upgrade of a database or ERP.
If you currently use a large consulting company to run your project, BI Source can also help by participating in the development and then continuing support after the development phase is finished.
